• Please let us know your approximate departure time at least the evening before.

Reservations: confirmed by advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price, cancellation and advance payment are strict and non-refundable.

Payment: the remaining amount is paid only in cash upon arrival, we do not accept cards

• The property owner is not subject to VAT, pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 1 of the VAT Act.

Smoking:

• Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Parties:

• Parties are not allowed to avoid disturbing other guests.

Silence:

• The “silence” period lasts between midnight and 8:00 am.

No age restriction: There is no age requirement for check-in
