Conditions of stay / House rules :
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of arrival,
- Please inform us of your arrival time.
Check-out: from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the day of departure,
- Please let us know your approximate departure time at least the evening before.
Reservations: confirmed by advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price, cancellation and advance payment are strict and non-refundable.
Payment: the remaining amount is paid only in cash upon arrival, we do not accept cards
- The property owner is not subject to VAT, pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 1 of the VAT Act.
The exterior of the building is under video surveillance.
Pool rules :
- Using the pool is allowed from 8:00 to 22:00
- Before using the pool, please pay attention to the table with the rules of conduct at the pool, posted by the pool
- Please do not play ball (water polo) in the pool and do not run around the pool and sunbathing area wet, for your safety.
- 1 pool towel per person, you received them at the accommodation before arriving at the apartment (large white), please don’t wear them to the beach
- Never enter the accommodation wet, directly from the pool and do not sit on the indoor furniture while wet
- Close the sunumbrellas when leaving the pool
- Pets are not allowed to lie on the pool towels and deck chairs, pets must be on a leash if they are staying with you at the pool
Smoking:
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Parties:
- Parties are not allowed to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.
Silence:
- The “silence” period lasts between 23:00 pm and 8:00 am.
No age restriction: There is no age requirement for check-in. Children up to 1 year stay free of charge.
Pets:
• If you have traveled with your pet, your pet is welcome, and in return we expect you to take full care of the animal in the spirit of a good owner
• Please do not leave them alone in your accommodation, as this is a new environment for them that they are not used to, so they may react differently than they would at home
• Please do not let your pets stay or sleep on the beds or couches in the accommodation
• Please keep your pets on a leash in the yard or in the parking lot
Using air conditioners:
• Please do not leave air conditioners on while you are outside and do not use them with windows and doors open, also after checking out of your accommodation, turn off the air conditioner
Using a grill:
- When grilling, keep the fire under constant control, everything around is very dry during the summer and easily flammable. Use a small amount of water to safely extinguish a fire in an outdoor grill.
On request with prior notice:
- pets are welcome, for an additional fee
- baby cot and high chair, no extra charge
Commom use:
- outdoor saltwater pool, not heated (OPEN SEASONALLY) and shower
- barbecue
Please do not leave food on balconies, terraces unattended and do not feed the birds.
Seagulls and crows are very intelligent birds but they are not harmless.
